About Us: Meet the Team
John Reilly, President
Experience in Information Technology planning, large project management, and lots of P&L responsibility make John the ideal leader for our talented team.
John started his career as a software developer after graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with an EE degree. During the more than twenty years since then, he has managed software development teams and departments for leading area technology companies, including MapInfo Corporation, and consulted for many national technology leaders.
John’s primary work-related interests are in enterprise architecture and infrastructure design, technology portfolio management, team and project management, and the appropriate use of new technologies. He enjoys working with such a great team of people on a variety of projects; all made more fun and fulfilling by making customers happy.
John is also an active member of the Tech Valley community, serving as a board member of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, and as Board President of KIPP Tech Valley Charter School. He is the recipient of many community service awards including the Big Brothers Big Sisters President’s Circle Award and the Community Leadership Association’s Distinguished Leadership Award, and was named one of the region’s “Top 40 under Forty.”

Jonathan Radin, VP, Infrastructure
Jonathan’s extensive technology background and easy-going but thorough style are the right traits for the man in charge of infrastructure for our projects and our hosting operation.
After graduating from the University at Albany with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Jonathan held technical positions at organizations like the General Electric Corporate Research & Development Center and MapInfo, where he led the technical team that developed Microsoft Map, an OEM product that shipped with Excel and Office.
Jonathan’s interests include data security and application stability. He particularly enjoys projects that have an impact on their user’s lives, such as the healthcare systems that we developed for people with asthma or ADHD. At home, he and wife Marion enjoy spending time with their twin daughters.
Andrew Grobecker, VP, Systems Architecture
Andy’s studies in philosophy have imparted a thoughtfulness and calmness to his approach that is especially practical in building complex database systems and client confidence.
After graduating from the University at Albany, Summa Cum Laude, Andy went to work in software development for General Electric, where he developed the NBC Desktop Video program that pre-dated MSNBC. He followed that with engineering positions at Flow Management Technologies and Millenium Technology Solutions, where he worked on transactional systems for process management and loan processing.
Andy’s interests include architectural design, database schema design, and evaluation of new technologies and products. At home, he and wife Linda spend time with their five (yes five) parrots.
Frank Zardezed, VP, Applications
Frank always seems to know the answers to questions before they’re asked, a talent that comes in very handy in this industry.
Formerly, Frank worked at Orthstar, where he tested engine control systems for Boeing 777 aircraft and implemented emulation systems for GE 90 engine computers. After that, he joined MapInfo, where he implemented the mapping engine for their MapX product. BA degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University at Albany got him started.
Frank’s work interests are in User Interface design and evaluating new technologies and products. He also enjoys working directly with clients to brainstorm ideas and then refine requirements for successful projects. At home, he loves spending time with his wife Shannon and three children, as well as running 5k’s, 10k’s, and marathons.
